Rental Applications

To apply for the property for rent that you want to to call home, select your chosen property and click the ‘1Form’ or ‘Download’ button. You will be directed to where you can sign up or log in to complete your application form or to a pdf application for completion. Please note properties need to be inspected before you can apply online. Please provide as much supporting documentation as possible.

Application Screening

Application forms must be submitted with sufficient identification and supporting documents to verify applicants both personally and financially.

All applicants will be referenced through tenancy and credit databases such as TICA and NTD/EQUIFAX formally VEDA. Tenancy history is requested from current and previous landlords/agents.

If you have no rental history, this can be overcome by working with our team to ensure we receive documents/information to satisfy our application criteria.

COVID-19 Property Viewing Process

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have had to change the we operate to comply with new trading practice implemented. Inspections will be carried out on a one to one basis to pre-qualified applicants. To pre-qualify, tenancy application submissions can be made online.  Please log into  to submit your application and upload your supporting documentation. Inspection Code: RP265 Documentation that will not upload can be emailed to [email protected] Once your tenancy application is received, we will get in touch to discuss the property and a potential viewing. Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.

Application Approval Process

Deposits – Upon approval of application, the applicant must pay the first 2 weeks rent to confirm acceptance and secure tenancy. If you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify the office in writing within 48 hours of receipt of payment for a full refund of deposit. Notification outside this time frame will forfeit your deposit.

General Tenancy Agreement – The general tenancy agreement must be returned within 5 days of application approval. If you change your mind after signing the lease, it will be considered early termination and compensation for fees incurred by your landlord may apply.

Tenancy Payment Methods – Direct Debit, Credit Card, Direct Credit and Bank Cheque

Bond for Property – Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent up to $700 p/wk or as instructed by the landlord for uncapped property.

Bond Assistance is an Option – easyBondpay applications are accepted at this office. Please contact Rental Platform if you would like a brochure or an application submitted on your behalf.

Department of Housing Bond Loans are accepted.

No cash is accepted at our office.
