Application Approval Process
Deposits – Upon approval of application, the applicant must pay the first 2 weeks rent to confirm acceptance and secure tenancy. If you wish to withdraw your application, you must notify the office in writing within 48 hours of receipt of payment for a full refund of deposit. Notification outside this time frame will forfeit your deposit.
General Tenancy Agreement – The general tenancy agreement must be returned within 5 days of application approval. If you change your mind after signing the lease, it will be considered early termination and compensation for fees incurred by your landlord may apply.
Tenancy Payment Methods – Direct Debit, Credit Card, Direct Credit and Bank Cheque
Bond for Property – Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent up to $700 p/wk or as instructed by the landlord for uncapped property.
Bond Assistance is an Option – easyBondpay applications are accepted at this office. Please contact Rental Platform if you would like a brochure or an application submitted on your behalf.
Department of Housing Bond Loans are accepted.
No cash is accepted at our office.
